Android Sync Issues

Same symptoms as problem logged in question: http://todoist.com/Support_Android/showQuestion/430/

This seems to be happening again. I am experiencing the same phenomenon on both Galaxy Note 3 running Android 4.3 kernel 3.4.0-1625098. Also using Galaxy S4 running 4.2.2 kernel 3.4.0-812098.

Just started earlier today.

Hi Shawn,

As replied in your other reply, are you not able to log in, or you are not being able to sync your tasks?

And, have you tried clearing the data for the app?

I am not able to login at all. I get the message "An unknown error occurred. Please wait a few seconds and try again." It's been happening since yesterday. I have cleared data, deleted the app and reinstalled and restarted the phone several times. No luck.

Using Google account as login.

Hello Shawn,

Please try to log in at https://todoist.com on a desktop computer or laptop, click on the gear icon in the top-right corner, go to Settings -> Account and use "Edit" next to "Password" and type in a password for your Todoist account.

Now, try to log in through the Android app, but using manual login and typing your Gmail address in combination with the newly set password and let us know if you can log in like this or if the issue still persist.
