How do I get my money back?

I don't want todoist, but can't find a way to get my money back. This is ridiculious.

Hello Jessica,

To receive a refund, simply send us the order reference ID, transaction ID or order number (depending on your payment method - CC, PayPal, PlayStore).

Also, if there was anything in particular that you didn't like about Todoist, we'd greatly appreciate if you would (optionally) let us know what so we can improve it in the future.

Hi - I have the same issue - where can I send the transaction ID? Is there an email address I can use rather than posting here?

I don't want my money back as I definitely enjoy todoist - I just wanted to congratulate you for the way you handle all the requests/issues/whatever. Thanks and keep up your great work (and attitude).

I sent an email requesting my money back as I needed the group list instead of personal and have made that change.

Hello Dustin,

You can use Todoist to collaborate with others. Right-click on a project and select "Share" to invite your colleagues to it :-)
