How can I add a task with a priority on Android?

The syntax to enter a task with a priority (adding "!p1" for priority 1, for example) does not seem to be supported on Android. The result is that I have to add a task, then edit, then adjust the priority. On the go, this is just not possible.

Is there a way to add a priority as I add the task, like on the desktop version?

Hello Mike,

To add a priority to a task right-away, please click on the "MORE" button at the bottom of the task input screen and you will see 3 more options:
- Labels
- Priority
- Sub-task (to set the indent level).

Thanks. That button was hidden by the "hint" for the date line.
