Over due tasks in the "Next 7 Days" view

Is it possible to also show the over due tasks in the same view/layout as the "Next 7 Days" in the android app?

I have created a filter and startpage with "over due, 7 days" and all tasks are showing, but the tasks aren't separated by day. Your website categorizes tasks by Today, Tomorrow and so on so I thought your mobile app would to, since it's obviously already categorizing the "Next 7 Days" view.

Using the mobile version was the main reason I bought premium..

Hi Kalle,

The Today view & 7 Days view already includes overdue items when viewing them. You do not need to create a new custom query for that. Just select 7 days and your overdue tasks will appear on the top of the list.

Those views are sorted the same way as on the web, overdue first, then today, and so forth. If it's not doing that for you, please try clearing the data for the app, and logging back in.

Hi Brendon!

The "Today" view is indeed also showing over due tasks, but not the "Next 7 Days" which is only showing Today, Tomorrow and 5 days ahead. In other words there's not a single over due task in "Next 7 Days".

This is after clearing both the cache and all data trough the android settings, and then logging back in. I also refreshed a couple of times with no success.

Are we talking about the same view? You mentioned "7 Days", I can only see "Next 7 Days" in the android app.

Thank you

Hallo Kalle,

Sorry for the misunderstanding. If you're using the latest final release of our Android app, it may indeed not have overdue tasks in the "Next 7 days" view yet.

We're currently close to a public release of the new 2.0 version which includes overdue tasks in the 7 days view. You're welcome to join the beta through our testing community at https://plus.google.com/communities/108057919781399570441?hl=en

Hi again,

I just tried todoist on my Ipad and it worked exactly as I expected it to. It shows over due tasks in the 7 days view and also categorizes all my filtered views. The website is also showing over due tasks and categorising correctly.

So the problem seems to be with the todoist app on my android smartphone, which is a Samsung Galaxy S4. It doesn't show over due tasks in 7 day view and it doesn't categorize my filtered views.

Is there anything I could do to fix this or is it a bug?

Ah, didn't notice your last post. I will try your beta version!

Thank you for your answer!
