Why don't Google Authenticator codes on Android work?

When I try to access Todoist for PC )(logging in via Google Account), I am prompted to enter a Google Authenticator access code, but when I pull up the access code, it's invalid. I have followed the prompt to reset timezone, but that doesn't seem to work.

My Google Authenticator printed Backup Verification Codes do work, however, although I am burning through them.

Do you have any suggestions for how to make the Google Authenticator for Android codes work?

Hi Jay,

Are you able to create application specific codes for Todoist? If you head into the Security settings where you enable the Authenticator, you should be able to create one, and name it Todoist.

Let me know if that works for you. This of course is not a solution, as you would require to do this each time, it's just about narrowing down the issue.

Are you using the desktop app, or a browser? Does this occur on all platforms? We actually do not have any experience with someone using this with Todoist, so it's a bit new.
