Sync Problem


Sometimes My phone does not sync with the server.
I'm adding tasks in my phone & I can't see the tasks in my computer. The tasks I already completed in my phone, does not appear in my computer.
The same thing the other way around

I purchased a license because I thought that's what will solve the problem that I had before with the free User.
I'm disappointed.

I hope you can help me with that because it's very important to me.

Hi Guy,

To start, could you please confirm that your Android device is indeed connected to the internet. Unfortunately, if it has no internet then it does not have the ability to sync with the server. As you said, sometimes it does not sync, this sounds like could be related to internet access.

Also, please confirm that you sign into the same account on all devices. We have an ability to sign in with Google, and if you didn't do this on creation of your account, it can create a new account, which then of course means your tasks won't sync with the other account.

Hello Brendon,

I'm IT Guy in my country and the Internet here is superfine.
My Mails Work, Facebook & all the services and the other apps working great.

I'm using the "Sign in with Google".
My Phone App still can't connect.
I tried to Logout, login.
Reinstall the app.

I had this problem before and my friend told me that free users have problems with that. I didn't bother to ask you and I trusted him and did purchase.

Now what? Can you check for me with the IT guys there what's going on? I realy need it to work asap.
Until this problem I was very pleased.

To confirm, you are using Sign in with Google on all platforms?

We haven't done anything on our end, but it should have been syncing without issue to begin with. Can you think of anything you just did or changed? This could pinpoint the reason behind the sync issues.

Glad it's working though.

Yes Brendon, Google on all platforms.

I didn't do anything..I check it every couple of minutes and suddenly it works after a whole day that it didn't work.

I hope not to talk to you again under these circumstances, thanks for everything.
