another Andriod sync issue post (v-1.2.4)


As the title says, the app times out upon syncing no matter if I do it manually or if it starts automatically.

I have already uninstalled/reinstalled the app twice using the latest version from the play store (1.2.4)

I have a Verizion Galaxy Nexus running Android 4.2.2 (build number JDQ 39)

I like the service (simple & clean)even though it's missing some important features for me, however I believe being able to use the mobile app is the major point of being a premium member! so your prompt attention will be appreciated greatly.

There is a current issue known with our servers, causing syncing and widget related troubles. We believe we have found the cause, but we need everyone to update to the latest version to see noticeable change.

We are doing everything we can to speed up the process. This issue shouldn't last much longer.

Please try to log out of the app and back in again, this can sometimes help as well.

Thanks for your response,
Following your advise, I logged out/in and was able to sync one time. However now all my tasks are duplicated!!!

I guess I have to clean up and wait longer.

Unfortunately, that is part of the issue as well.

Again, we hope to have this all solved very soon. Sorry for the inconvenience again.
