The new updated Todoist app (ver. 1.1) fails

The new updated Todoist app fails every time I try to open a project w/ more than 4 tasks in it. This error has been noticed on Samsung Galaxy S III and Samsung Galaxy S Duos so far. Galaxy S Duos is my colleague's phone so the issue exists not only on my user account.

If I restore to the previous version from a backup the error does not come up.

Please help!

Hello Александр,

Please tell me:
- Which version of Android are you using?
- Are you using a custom ROM or a custom Launcher (if so - which one)?
- Does uninstalling and reinstalling the app solve this issue?
- What happens exactly when the issue occurs? Do you see an error message, does the entire system hang? Does the app force-stop?

Best regards,

Hi David!

-My device's running Android 4.2.2
-I use custom ROM (Slimbeam) and custom launcher (Apex Launcher)
-Re-installation does not help in my case
-The app launches all right but when I try to open a project the error message "Todoist app failed" pops up.

-My colleague is on 4.0.4
-She does not use neither custom ROM or custom launcher
-Re-installing the app does not help in her case as well
-The error message is the same in her case

Thank you for this information, I have passed it to the developers and we'll soon release a fix in the next update (most likely today).

Best regards,
