Subscriptions don't work

I was today billed for the recurring subscription on Google Play but since then the app and web site thinks that I don't have a premium subscription.
At the end of subscription an error message appears says an error with google play. But i had received an email from google play wich confirm my purchase see below

I've replied to your mail a moment ago. Your account is not Premium, but please tell me - were you actually charged by the PlayStore (were these funds deducted from your account)?

All is fine now I'm premium on my computer and on my Androïd device.
