Completing a repeating task moves next occurrence 1 year ahead

I have a task that repeats "every 4 weeks starting 27 nov". When I completed todays instance from the Android app, the next occurrence was moved to 25 Dec 2013 instead of 22 Jan 2013. I noticed the same behaviour for some tasks that repeat "every 2 weeks" (with and without explicit start date) - the next occurrence is always set 1 year from the current due date.

Using version of the app.

Best Regards and happy holidays :-)

Hello Jutta,

Please tell me - did you specify the year within the date formula? If you didn't, then a task added for "every 4 weeks starting 27 nov" has been set to 27 Nov 2013 by default and therefore the next occurrence is in December 2013. If you want to have tasks with a start date in the past, you must use the "ev 4 weeks starting 27. nov 2012" formula.

Either way, I've been able to reproduce this issue. If the task is completed through the Android app, it will be postponed by a year. I have passed this issue to the developers and we will fix it in the next updates. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,

Hi David,

thanks a lot!

I didn't specify a year but I added the task some time before its first due date, in the first days of November. So the first occurrence was due on 27 Nov 2012 and the next one (after completing it in November via the web app) was correctly due today - no problem here.

Best regards
