Offline reminders

I'd like to remind that come always and not only when the data transfer.

I'd love to get that too :) With a snooze option.

Btw. question to devs : if this offline reminder (local notification) is implemented, will it be part of the premium subscription or the free one ? (because local notification doesn't need any server-side thing or SMS).
