Creation dates on tasks

I'd often really like to know when a task was created. Has this item really been sitting on my todo list for a year? I sometimes ask myself. Or if I am using a project in todoist to keep a list such as books read. It wouldn't have to be visible all the time, but I'd love to be able to access the creation date for tasks., perhaps in a details ... menu item.
