Expand "View all projects" functionality

Can the "View all projects" screen been enhanced so that it has the following:

1) Ability to drag/drop to re-order tasks.
2) Ability to indent tasks to be a child of another task.
3) Ability to collapse tasks that have sub-tasks.

So basically, everything that can be done on the project view I should be able to do on the "View all projects" view too.

That way I can stay on that screen and do everything I need from one place rather than jumping around from project to project.

I should also be able to "Add task" and "Add email as task" under each project.
