Allow setting the priority for a task without affecting its children

My suggestion is to allow setting the priority of a task, without changing the priority of its children. This can be done by holding the Shift key while selecting the task's priority.

This feature *existed* in Todoist in the past, and stopped working since the HTML5 changes.
