thank you very much for your suggestion, we appreciate it and will consider adding such option in the future.

Please note, that for now, as a workaround, you can set up a custom query as your start page by going to Preferences -> General and choosing "Custom query" from the drop-down menu in the "Start page" section. This will allow you to type any query format supported by Todoist and set it as default.

I would also like to be able to save queries in todoist. The classic example would be being able to easily switch between looking at sorted / prioritized / dated lists for work vs non-work.

Using bookmarks works, but given how powerful the query language for todoist is, making it easy to save / reuse complicated queries with a click would be a godsend.
