Add a "^" shortcut to assign the task to a project during task entry

Similar to the "!" and "@" shortcuts, I'd like to be able to do this when I'm entering a task:

Call David !p1 @Calls ^MyProject

Upon entering the above task the system will:
1) create the task
2) place it in the MyProject project
3) assign it to the Calls label
4) give it a 1 priority

I'd like that same syntax available regardless of the frontend I use (web, mobile, email, native mobile app, etc.)
