Associate Emails and Files with a Task

I would like to associate any number of emails to a Task in Outlook. Ideally also link any number of documents (files on the PC / URLs ?) to a task. Anybody else?

I know we can add subtasks, but I just want a list of 'links', i.e. useful info to accompany a task. Examples might include an original email from a client or manager, a link to a Specifications doc or address, product image files or pages, company web pages.
