Integrated stopwatch and/or countdown timer

I would like to see an integrated clock that worked as a stopwatch or a countdown timer. Several of my "to do items" are daily projects that I devote X amount of time to each day. So if I had a countdown timer it could be set for say 60 min. and then alert me when the time is up so that I can focus entirely on the project task.
