Add YYYY-MM-DD as a date format option
I use YYYY-MM-DD up here in Canada so it'd be nice to have that as an option.

Moreso, it is the ISO dating standard. Support should be in every app that uses dates:

Generally happy with ToDoist, and already a premium user. There are some annoying differences in different areas of the program - especially around date/time.
The iPhone app takes DD/MM/YYYY. Reminder date format is MM/DD/YYYY.
Full support for YYYY-MM-DD across all features and interfaces would at least provide consistency.

Agreed, Todoist should support the ISO 8601 standard.
