Update "Shift+Enter" shortcut to ALWAYS create a new task below the open task
Currently, the "Shift+Enter" shortcut (un-documented) to only create a new task below the open task, if the open task is a saved one. If the open task is a new one, "Shift+Enter" only saves it, and does not create a new task below. This
I suggest to unify the "Shift+Enter" shortcut behavior to always create a new task below the open task.
A unified behavior will make the user experience more smooth. And since this shortcut is not documented right now, so changing it should have limited impact.
