ability to stay logged in - on any platform

Currently users must log in again every time they restart Outlook or Firefox. I would like to be able to stay logged in to Todoist while using the Firefox add-on and especially the Outlook plug-in. I understand security concerns so you could set both the Firefox and Outlook logins to expire when the computer is restarted or after a period of time (such as 1 day/7days/14 days). It is not convenient to have to log in again after restarting Outlook or Firefox. There is also no way to remember my user name and/or password.

Hello Robert,

this is not supposed to happen. Both - the Outlook and the Firefox plugin do not log out the User after restarting the application by default.

In Firefox, please go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy (tab), in the "History" section, choose "Use custom settings for history" and check "Allow cookies from sites" and "Allow third-party cookies". Also, un-check "Clear history when Firefox closes".

Next, in the "Security" tab, in the "Passwords" section, check "Remember passwords for sites".

As for the Outllok plugin, please tell me:
- Which version of Outlook are you using?

hi David, my firefox settings were EXACTLY as you instructed to do with the one exception that I did NOT have remember passwords for sites checked. I will test that and see how it works, thank you.

I am using Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 64-bit PC.
