Show completed tasks above current tasks so chronological project flow can be viewed

Problem: You have a project with many actions and observing the thought flow of these actions is of interest. Currently if you show completed tasks they come up at the bottom of the screen below the current actions. If the completed actions were shown above the current tasks then the timeline of the tasks in a project would be shown in correct chronological order.

Solution: Give option to show completed tasks above current actions.
