Ability to uncheck multiple checkboxes at once

JP

It would be nice to have a right click menu option or some other sort of button which will uncheck all checkboxes of a group of subtasks. I often make tasks which are repeated daily or weekly into subtasks and check them off as they are accomplished. It would be nice to be able to clear the check marks for the next day or week when the tasks are repeated.

I do like your product.

I did mean to say "It would be nice to be able to clear all the checkboxes with one click for the next day or week when the tasks are repeated."

Hello Joseph,

Thank you for your suggestion. If you have a set of repeating task, then instead of un-checking them each day, please use an "every day" due date with each task and once you complete it, it will be rescheduled for the next day.

With Todoist Premium, you would also have the option to export a task list to a TXT file template and then import it each time you need the same set of tasks as shown in this short video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Rl_CLGY_3o

Best regards,
David

Thank you, David, for the reply. I am aware of the every day option, but as trivial as it may seem, I prefer to have the task go gray as it does if I don't use that option. Frankly, the due date is so far off to the right side of the screen that I often click already completed repeating tasks a second time - and then the due dates are all fouled up. But thanks, I'll try the every day option and see if I can't train myself to look right for the due date before clicking.
