Project Grouping and minimum view
It would be great if we could group projects.
That way, for example, I could group projects belonging to work as "Work Projects", Personal Projects as "Personal Projects" etc.
This would really be helpful because at work I supervise at any one time about 15 projects a month with each project with an average lifetime of 3 months (that is 5 projects starting per month). Each Project has about 20+ tasks I need to check and make sure is completed. If I place all projects as tasks in 1 project that makes 300+ tasks. So the only way is to divide the projects into client areas and split them as tasks putting 5 projects as tasks in 1 project. That is still a lot of tasks per project.
Therefore my only solution to manage my projects would be to have them as individual projects. But 15 is quiet a large number of projects when also including other personal/miscellaneous projects.
Therefore I want to be able to group projects and "minimize" their view so that I do not get overloaded with projects.
That would allow me to comfortably view work projects only or house projects only etc.
Also having line dividers to divide projects would be a nice addition.
This is possible with sub-projects. You can have a main "Work" parent project and then sub-projects below it.
Creating a sub-projects work the same way as creating sub-tasks. While you're adding or editing a project's name, use Ctrl+RightArrow to indent it (or the arrow icons next to the text input field).
Once you have a sub-project structure, you can collapse it.
