Remove due dates for multiple tasks

TV

When confronting a number of overdue tasks, should be able to specify a range of tasks and remove the due date for all at one click, rather than having to do it one by one.

Hello Ted,

This is already possible at Todoist. Please hold the CTRL key and then start clicking on tasks to select them. Once you do, you can choose the "Change date" option from the menu that will appear at the top and use "no due date" to remove the selected tasks' due date.

Best regards,
David

That is great! I tried it and it worked well. Because I could not find any reference to this in Help, I recommend that you add a teaching section about this. I had no idea about the menu on the top that appeared when I did as you suggested. Thanks!

Ted,

This feature is documented on the "Keyboard shortcuts" page: https://todoist.com/Help/viewKeyboardShortcuts in the "General shortcuts" section right at the top:

Shortcut: CTRL+Click or Shift+Click on task
What it does: Select and update multiple tasks at once

Nonetheless, we will soon improve our help pages to make all this information more accessible.

Best regards,
David
