Able to manage/delete only one occurrence for recurring tasks

It would be a great feature if we would able to manage only one occurrence for recurring tasks without changing the whole chain.

For example:
I go to a gym 3 times a week.
Normally it happens on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
But what if I have a meeting with my gilfriend on Wednesday - in this case I want to pospone my Wednesday training on Thursday or even cancel it. My further schedule should stay as it was configured.

It's possible in google calendar and I hope it would be possible in todoist

Hello Ilya,

Thank you for your suggestion. For now, as a workaround, you could simply leave the task uncompleted and every default "today" view will show overdue tasks so you can check it off upon completion on Thursday (according to your example) or, if you know that you won't be able to complete this occurrence, simply use the "postpone" option to move the task to its next occurrence without completing it.

Having just moved from Remember the Milk (RTM) to todoist to get projects and sub-tasks, this is one of the features I miss. When you delete a recurring task it asks if you want to delete that the task that day, or the whole series of recurring tasks. Simple, but very useful.
