Make time deadlines automatically set to PM, instead of AM

Most of my time deadlines are for pm, but when I enter @3:30 (for example), it always auto sets it to am.
Not a huge deal, but it'd be helpful to not have to go back and edit them again.

Personally, I think that would make life more difficult - I'm much more likely to have things due at 9 PM than 9 AM, and things due at 12 AM & PM occur about the same frequency in my world, but I know that's not the case for many people. My point is that any system that prioritizes one over the other is going to make life difficult for some users.

The current system, letting us either enter times including AM/PM when assigning task due dates (e.g., "@3.30 PM" or "@3:30pm" or whatever version you want to type) or use 24-hour time if we prefer (e.g., "@1530" or "@15:30", because 3:30 is AM & 15:30 is PM) means that it's more fair to everyone. We can all control when tasks are scheduled with the same amount of effort, and no one has to go through and reset things because the default is set to suit the other half of the population.
