Export active and completed task lists in CSV, Excel, Word or PDF format
There is an existing request to support extracts in CSV format. I'd like to extend this to support exports directly into Excel, Word and PDF formats.
The extract should be configurable by active and completed tasks and by label.
I need this feature to be able to extract a weekly report and post it to a shared drive location for my manager. If I can't do this, then I will need to rekey in all my tasks into a separate spreadsheet (kind of defeats the purpose of Todoist).
CSV would be a great start but this would add a lot of value to Todoist.
I need to be able to provide a written status to my manager. I need an export.
That's the reason I want this enhancement too.
This echos my comments in the import export thread, and I agree this is the very thing I am after.
It would be fantastic as an additional feature if you could set a filter in a report to only show tasks that have been worked on in a period, and then to only show the notes related to those tasks that were added in the period.
Kind of a very specific "what I did in a period" report.
If export to some sort of delimited format like a spreadsheet is feasible, can an import to Todoist be far behind?
I'm only really game if it goes both ways.
Just got hit with not having this option for a project I am working on. I wanted to report on completed tasks that I listed, but couldn't.
Just lost productivity as I had to mark them un-complete only so that I can export them. now I am re-thinking how I use TODOIST daily.
I echo folks above, I really need this feature, -ability to export all or current would be great.
As others already said I would like to use the export function too for reporting my progress in special tasks.

In danger of not being useful enough if this feature is missing. Cant export lists to my secretary or agents. Cant believe this feature is not in. Will have to look to another program. Come on guys, hurry up with this feature
I MUST MUST MUST have task export to use Todoist (including completed tasks). Without this feature, I cannot pay for this service.
My manager requires that I give weekly status updates on my projects and I am looking to get Todoist so that I do not have to maintain separate lists everywhere. Without this feature it eliminates the value because I will have to maintain a separate list.
Same here. I need to be able to export my task list as Word or Excel for an agenda for my manager.

Please add the features discussed above!! Much needed for other applications and will only make the product more appealing.
Totally need this, even if its just pdf, but further formats would be great.
