More Keyboard Shortcuts

KM

I hope I am not repeating a suggestion, but I didn't see it in the list. More keyboard shortcuts! I am using The Hit List right now just because the shortcuts are so useful. In Todoist, for example, it doesn't appear that there are keyboard shortcuts to search or to view "Today" tasks or even to complete a task. This is a must for many people. Todoist is really great in many ways, especially after the Mac app update today, but the lack of rich keyboard shortcuts are a deal breaker for me.

I miss moving through tasks, completing, etc. via the keyboard as well. Adding these would really take ToDoist to the next level for power users, especially those coming over from Remember the Milk.

Me too! I really work with keyboard only and having to switch to Today view is mouse ONLY action!!!

Search is a must have too!

I agree. It's so slow to have to click around the screen while entering a task.

I want to make task by pressing ONE hot key, like Ctrl+Q on todoist app page, but regardless where I'am locating now within browser.

I also would like to have hotkey of "add website as a task"

+1!
It would be ideal if all basic purging, reviewing, postponing, moving could be done without touching the mouse. The start is there, but as soon as you aren't editing an item, you need to click again. Even though there would be a learning curve, I would use it for sure.

I think RTM is a nice example to 'borrow' ideas from!

(Not talking about the plugin or anything btw, just the web interface)

I would like it in the web interface and chrome extensions.
It's much more efficient for me to interact with my todo software via keyboard rather than mouse.

I als agree with Taco that RTM is a nice example to borrow from.

Would be great to switch focus between Todays/Inbox/etc via keyboard shortcuts in desktop app. Also switching between todo's up and down and be able to change selected without mouse. Thanks!
