Keyboard shortcuts for priority

B

It would be great if I could set the priority while creating the task without having to open the preferences window of the task.

Priorities need to be handled quickly like date.

Even better would be doing it like in 'Remember the milk', buy letting me write "!1" and having that translated by you into No.1 Priority.

Hello Boaz,

this issue is already available in Todoist. Although we don't have a shortcut for setting priorities, you can type !p1, !p2, !p3 or !p4 within the task name to add a priority.

Please refer to our help page (in the upper-right corner) to see what other great features Todoist has to offer on the "Usage Reference" pages.

Best regards,
David

Is this feature - typing !1, !2 in the task name to add priority - still supposed to work? I'm doing that, but nothing happens. The text just gets added to the task description.

Hello Ashish,

Yes, this functionality still works, but it's not !1, !2, !3. but !p1, !p2, !p3.

David
