Different Postpone behavior for overdue vs. current tasks

Related to the new Postpone feature: (http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/20/)

This used to be the "Update Date" feature which would make overdue recurring tasks current.

The current implementation seems to treat the feature like a snooze button. I can see this being valuable for recurring tasks that are currently scheduled and need to be delayed without changing the task's scheduled recurrence. But it causes problems for tasks which are overdue and merely need to be updated to be current, since the Postpone feature does not schedule those tasks for today.

I propose that if a task is overdue, then Postpone will behave the way Update Date did, and make the task current. If the task is current, then Postpone will "snooze" the task (I guess a day is the default, but a selector would be nice).

Hello Alan,

this has been fixed. Now, if you postpone a daily overdue task, it will be set to "today" instead of "tomorrow".
