Adding tasks in reverse!

G

I often work back in time with setting my tasks: I set my goal then walk backwards, dealing with each step back to my starting point.
Whilst reorganising tasks will always be a pain in the ass, I'd be happiest with [shift]+[return] to finish entering a task then starting entering the preceding one. Anyone with me on this one?

Hello,

this issue is available already. In order to save a task and add another one above it, please click Ctrl+Enter.

For more information on Todoist's keyboard shortcuts, please refer to this page:

Unfortunately, it seems that there's a bug in this function as it work only after editing and not adding a tasks and stops working after adding 1 more task above the edited one.

I have forwarded this issue to the developers. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,
David

Hello,

the issue with the Ctrl+Enter shortcut has been fixed. You can now continue adding multiple tasks above the recently saved task by saving them with Ctrl+Enter.

Hello,

please try to reload the page using Ctrl+F5 (in Chrome). This should force the browser to read the new version of the site with the included fix.

If it doesn't help - please clear your cache.
