Use different icons for "save changes" and "complete"
More than once, when editing a task, I have touched back rather than save because I expect the checkmark icon to mark a task completed.
Why are you using a tick icon to SAVE a task? The tick in todo apps is the universal symbol to check off a task, to mark it complete. This confuses me all the time and just isn't logical. Why not use something like a disk icon for saving a task?

I agree. Whenever I see the check mark on the editing screen, I hesitate it. I'm surprised that this was requested months ago and still remains unfixed.
(The saving grace is that the other possible - but wrong - option, which is the "go back" arrow, will ask you whether you want to lose changes before exiting.)
