My Iphone App won't sync

It isn't syncing with my online Todoist account. Moreover, when I go to synch, at the end of the process it sort of shuts off immediately as if there were a bug. Not sure the issue there.

Hello Ryan,

Please tell me:
- Are you using the same Todoist account on your phone as on your computer?
- Do you log in using a Google Account or manually by typing the email/password combination?
- What version of iOS are you using?
- How many tasks do you have on your account (approximately)?

Also, how exactly does it shut off? Do you see any error messages when this happens?

Yes

manually for both.
- What version of iOS are you using?
6.0.1
- How many tasks do you have on your account (approximately)?
maybe 20 projects each with 8 tasks. I used to use this lovingly with even more tasks.

Also, how exactly does it shut off? Do you see any error messages when this happens?
First, it shows it's syncing, but doesn't pull anything up. then at the end of the sync, the program closes abruptly.

Ryan,

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce this issue. Please tell me:
- Are you using this version of the app: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/todoist-to-do-list-task-list/id572688855 ?
- Does deleting and reinstalling it solve this issue?
- If not - do you have any tasks with any specific content such as - very long names or names with special characters, custom formatting?
