Latest iOS App automatically crashes after open beginning first log in
Hi. I was so excited to update as I'm a fan of Todoist and also a premium member. I, however, never successfully went pass log-in screen because the app would automatically crash. It will then never open and this is a 100% occurence out of all my attempts. I tried deleting and reinstalling, soft reboot, etc but still the same scenario.
Pls help as soon as possible. Need a working todoist app asap. Thank you very much in advance.
p.s. my iOS version is 6.1. Thank you.

Also, how many projects and tasks do you have on your account approximately? Is this a new account you have created, or an older account you have had for awhile?
Do you happen to have another Todoist account, does it crash when logging into this account?
I have an identical problem. App crashes on ipad 6.0.1 once logged in - tried 2 accounts... It briefly shows my 9 projects and then crashes out. Really frustrating as I went premium today. Tried reinstalling and rebooting too. (2nd test account had no projects and still crashed).
No problem. In answer to your query:
- There are no in-apps messages.
- The Apple Crashreporter isn't generating a crash report for this or any other app, when Todoist crashes.
- There are logs in the crashlytics folder in the app. If you have an email address, I can forward these on.
- If I remove and reinstall the app works until I login, whereupon it closes within 2 seconds of app launch.
Hi Simon! :) Thank you very much for your genius. I confirm also that removal of XCon resolved the issue. I was so close to restoring my phone or updating to 6.1.3 which as you can imagine is so much hassle. I'd rather wait for the iOS 7 for such big amount of work. I really REALLY needed my Todoist to work and I have grown desperate. The progress in this thread is what I exactly I needed. A big thanks to you! Stay awesome!
p.s. the new update is soo good. nothing but love for this app. Hi Brendon, extend my thank you to your UX team (i'm sure you guys have :D). They have done a really really good job. thank you for the now seamless experience. ;)
