My Premium subscription expires in two days - please advise
While I really like the Todoist web app, I've been waiting a long time to see whether or not the new mobile app for the iPhone and iPad would suit my needs (I've barely used my Todoist account for quite some time now because the current mobile app just doesn't do what I need it to do). My dilemma is that my premium account expires in 2 days, and I really planned on renewing or not renewing based on my experience with the new mobile app.
Since the new mobile app is still not available, can I cancel my premium account and renew it again after I try the new mobile app, if in fact it suits my needs? Will my notes be lost once my premium account expires or is cancelled? Also, do I need to cancel my premium account by July 7, or will it cancel automatically on that date?

Your task notes will become hidden when your account expires, that is - if you renew, you'll re-gain access to them.
Whether you need to cancel your subscription or not depends on how you've paid for it. If you've used PayPal, then you'll need to cancel it manually otherwise PayPal will simply send the money according to the schedule of the subscription. You can use this link to quickly find subscriptions related to Todoist: https://firstname.lastname@example.org
Of course you can cancel Premium, see if you like our new iOS app (which is in late beta and will be published very soon) and renew later if you like it, we hope you will :)
Thanks for your reply. I followed the link and there's no record of me paying via PayPal previously, so I'm assuming my premium account will simply lapse tomorrow and return to a regular account. Looking forward to trying out the new mobile app when it gets released.
When I followed the link you provided, I did in fact receive a message at the PayPal site that said: "No active subscriptions to email@example.com were found."
However, I looked up a note I had recorded the last time I renewed my premium subscription (i.e. 18 months ago: you were offering a deal at the time that gave renewing customers a free 6 month bonus on top of their 12 month subscription), and it said my PayPal payment at that time was made to "1st Productivity" and not "amix."
Does this mean my subscription will still automatically renew?
I downloaded the new iPhone and iPad apps, but as my Premium subscription recently expired just before the update was released, I now find that I am unable to test drive many of the features I wanted to try before upgrading (notes, labels, custom filters...). Had the update arrived just a little earlier this month, this would not have been an issue for me. Is there a way of having a trial period in order to see how these features function in the upgraded app before paying for a full year subscription again?
Also, in the new app, is it possible to create a custom filter which actually shows "Today" only, instead of "today" and "overdue" which is how the present "Today" filter operates?
