The new beta app - is this only for the iPad and not the iPhone? I just want to clarify this b/c of my following issue - I tried and failed to install it in the hopes that it covered both products. My iPhone app performs horribly when I'm not in a WiFi area - I've meant to contact you about it for a really long time, but just haven't as I get over it, stop trying and move on. And just to be clear, it's not the general environment and lack of a strong signal. Other apps and functions operate just fine. But the Todoist app screen usually just remains dark with the horizontal lines upper left and one other icon on the upper right. When it does open it takes a long time, and then refreshing to match the last adjustment I made online is another delay or a "no-can-do". I had stopped using it and just tried it again over the weekend, and it was the worst it's ever been.
No hurry on this answer as I know you're slammed with feedback about the beta app. Thanks, as always, for your feedback when time allows.

Yes, it's a universal app for the iPad and the iPhone, but the way the beta works is - we take the UDIDs of each device registered for the beta testing through the TestFlight app and only these registered devices can install this app. If you've added your iPhone (accessed TestFlight through it) after a build has been released, it will not work.
As for the issue you're experiencing, please tell me - which version number does the build have? There was a syncing issue in the previous build, but we've fixed it in the latest one and it shouldn't take too long to sync. Also, can you reproduce this issue in an area with a good connection?
I need to clarify, I think. My issue is on my iPhone, not on my iPad. The iPad has the new beta app, and based upon your response, I can't get the beta app on my iPhone because I didn't register it prior to the release. So I will just wait until beta is over and the new version officially comes out, and hopefully that will solve my issues. But they seem odd to me if you haven't had other complaints of it only working in a WiFi atmosphere. But honestly, half of the time the screen is just dead. The other half of the time it is so slow to open, then to refresh/sync that I've just given up trying - until this past weekend when I really needed access to a list.
So the issues with syncing are on your iPad because you can't get the app to work on the iPhone at all? You won't need to wait until the final release, when we push the next beta build and your phone is now registered, it will work.
Again, we're aware of the syncing issues in the past build, but now they should no longer occur, therefore it would be very helpful if you could let us know what build are you using.
