I've downloaded the todoist app for Android to my phone but find it doesn't sync. I'm using the Allegheny app for iPad (which I adore, by the way) but no luck syncing there either.

Please tell me - are you using the circular arrow icon in the top-left corner to perform a sync? Also, please clarify - are none of your tasks visible or are no new changes visible when you try to sync after you add tasks on the phone or on the web?

Thanks for the prompt reply, David. So it appears that the phone and the PC versions are O.K., but items that I've added using the Allegheny app aren't appearing on todoist.com.
I'm not sure what you mean by the "circular arrow icon" unless you're talking about what I would call the "refresh" button.
I should add that I just have the basic account, so perhaps these functions aren't available to me?
Clarification: my tasks are visible. Just no new changes are visible when I try to sync. You're right.
Automatic synchronization is a Premium-only feature, but if you use the "refresh"/"sync" icon in our iOS app: http://todoist.com/iphone the changes should show on the web (after you refresh the view on the web as well).
The Allegheny app is a third-party app and we don't support it and have no input in its development. If the issue only occurs in Allegheny, please contact the developers of this app.
