Never syncs?

Hi, I've got the todoist iphone app but the problem is it never syncs with any todoist. If I mark a task as completed or add a task it only stays that way on the iphone app and doesn't effect the web app or windows application. Any idea why? I bought premium because I thought that might bet he reason why but it still doesn't work

I should note that if I change something on the web app or windows application it does change it on the phone app, just not the other way round

Hello Luke,

Please tell me - after you make a change on the iPhone app, do you refresh the view of the web-app? Also, does this issue persist if you tap on the circular arrow icon in the top-left corner on the project pane (and then refresh the view on the web-app)?
