issue with android offline sync

can't sync item's note in offline mode

by below step
1. setting cell phone to air-mode
2. add item in one project.
3. add note to added items

after that,
open wifi/ 3g data, then item can sync to web(may others.. not tested), but item's note do not sync. (item's note still show in android app)


it's works fine in online mode(wifi/ 3g data connected)
