How do I get standard notifications/alarms on Android?
I have been testing Todoist along side a few other apps and am amazed that so far only one app successfully gives me alarms/notifications.
Also is there an easier way of setting reminder times than inputting text into the title ? (this seems counterintuitive and long)

If you click on the 3 dots in the top right corner, Settings --> Notifications. Make sure the ON/OFF Switch is turned to ON, and that Task reminders is checked as well.
If you head to Todoist.com, top right corner, click the Gear icon, Settings --> Reminders, under Default reminder, make sure it's set to Push instead of SMS or Email. From there you can also make sure your device is listed at the bottom. If it's not, reinstall the app.
At this time, unfortunately, there is no other way to set reminders on Android, but we are working on implementing a better system.

So does this mean that notifications/reminders are not available off-line and that you have to have a premium account to have notifications? surely not ?

OK - seems very odd to me - but anyway, how do I delete my todoist account ?

Appreciate the great tech support BTW. It's just that a task manager without notifications is for me like a bicycle without wheels.
Many thanks though, and I will keep an eye out in case this feature (especially off line) is added at some point.
