Android App

Any timeline on the Android app? Is there a beta I could test or something? I love Todoist, but not being able to access it on the go (the mobile site doesn't work for me because I have too many tasks attached to my account) is a problem.

Hello Matt,

unfortunately, I can't give you any specific timeframe, but it is in the making along with other features incl. the most anticipated - offline support for the full Todoist webapp.

As for the Todoist mobile site - have you tried splitting some of your largest projects into sub-projects? Just like tasks, projects can have indented sub-levels (up to level 3) and you can easily move multiple tasks into other projects (incl. sub-projects) by selecting them while holding the CTRL key and then choosing "move to project".

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Best regards,
David

My "projects" are more notes—I use Todoist both as a task manager and a list manager: tasks at work or around the house, and lists of things like books I want to read. And things are spread out in some cases.

I'll just keep waiting.

I would recommend using the Android app TodoistDroid by numaridge.com. It successfully talks & syncs with the web and desktop versions of Todoist. I've used it for almost 2 years on my HTC Incredible Droid with no issues.

I just noticed numaridge.com isn't an active website. Nevertheless, you can find TodoistDroid by Numa Ridge in the official Droid App market. Highly recommended!
