Is it possible to setup task templates?
Situation is recurring set of tasks for projects that I do over and over. For example, in sales if I get a new customer, I'd like be initiate a set of predetermined tasks for that customer (i.e. verify order within 1 day, charge credit card in 2 days, ship product within 5 days, etc) without having to input them manually for every customer.

I also would love this product, It's enough that I am considering changing to a new task manager software just so I don't have to replicate each new client by hand. Even if I were able to cut and paste, that would be of enormous help, but a template would be golden!!

I am in dire need of this as well. I build many websites and there is a basic list of tasks that i need to repeat over and over everytime I add a new website project.
