Hello Joe,

if you're referring to the "Add tasks via email" feature - yes, you will be able to add tasks via email using any device capable of sending email messages.

Once you subscribe, you can go to Todoist.com, access a project you would like to add tasks via email to and use the envelope icon in the top-right corner. You will find a unique email address and detailed instructions on how to add tasks via email.

Also, in order to add emails from a different address then the one you're using to sign into Todoist, you can add additional addresses at the bottom of the same window.

Best regards,
David

Hello Joe,

sorry for the misunderstanding.

Unfortunately, there is no direct way to export Todoist's task list, but there are a couple options which you could try:

The iCal feed - it will allow you to show all tasks from all projects in a calendar software that supports the iCal standard. The feed is available in Todoist Preferences -> General at the bottom of the window.

Some software (like Microsoft Outlook, for example) could then allow you to send such calendar-formated data via email.

The other way would be using the "Print" feature (in the top-right corner) and instead of printing the page directly, you could use programs that allow you to capture the page (for example - Microsoft OneNote) and then send it to someone.

You're welcome to add your vote for a request to add more exporting features to Todoist in future development:

Also, if you're working in a team, you could try to use our other service - http://wedoist.com It would allow you to invite your co-workers into shared projects, assign tasks for them, share project-related files and much more.

Best regards,
David
