Why do you expose the email GUID in Outlook / Gmail
I find it bizarre that you expose the Email GUID in Outlook and Gmail when creating a task from an email.
It makes editing the name of the task quite hard.
Is this going to be addressed so that when creating or editing a task from an Outlook or Gmail message only the task name is exposed?

Hello Omar,
thank you for your suggestion, we appreciate it and will consider finding a different way to link tasks to email which wouldn't show the actual link.
For now, you can edit the actual link name (email subject):
[[outlook=00000000AD8C06B5A4F4D123A5D77A9277810E03A4622300, THAT'S THE SUBJECT OF THE MAIL AND NAME OF THE LINK]]
or, you can also add additional text within the task name which won't be linked by typing it outside the brackets (just as you can add a label or priority to such a task).
Best regards,
David

Hey David-
Thanks for the reply. I also noticed that all the mobile apps that I have tried (Windows Phone 7 and Kindle Fire) show my email tasks like so:
[[outlook=00000000AD8C06B5A4F4D123A5D77A9277810E03A4622300, THAT'S THE SUBJECT OF THE MAIL AND NAME OF THE LINK]]
vs
THAT'S THE SUBJECT OF THE MAIL AND NAME OF THE LINK
which makes it near impossible to use the 3rd party mobile apps.

Omar,
we're sorry for the inconvenience. We will soon introduce our native mobile apps for all most popular smartphones.
In the meantime, you could try to use our mobile site: http://todoist.com/m in your phone's browser. It should display tasks linked to emails properly.
Best regards,
David

Wow, your mobile site is awesome.
I hope you guys will build your Android app in such a way that it works on the Kindle Fire. Also please consider a Windows Phone 7 app!
Happy thanksgiving!
