thank you for your feedback. Indeed, there is an issue with our Outlook plugin. We are aware of it and will try to fix it in future updates.
Based on previous reports, it seems that there is a workaround. To avoid this issue please try to grab and move the plugin window out of its fixed position.

we have released a new version of our Outlook plugin in which all issues we've been able to reproduce have been fixed.
Please go to the Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs, uninstall "OutlookTodoist", download the latest version of our plugin from this location: http://todoist.com/outlook and reinstall it.
