Keep getting email or password error

I keep trying to log in using my username and password, but it tells me there is an error. The online version works fine, but the app won't let me log in using exactly the same username and password.

Hello Mir,

please tell me,
- On which device are you using the app (iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad)?
- What version of iOS are you using on this device?
- Are you connected to the internet when trying to log in?

I believe it's also a 2nd gen iPod touch, and I am connected to the internet when I try to log in. The iOS is 4.2.1.

it seems like this issue only occurs with the iPod Touch.

I also have this issue on my old iPhone 3g. Also iOS 4.2.1
