Adding Emails as tasks from multiple inboxes
So I have Todoist registered to my personal Gmail account, but often use it to track and complete tasks that are attached to my work Google Apps for Business account. When in my personal email I can attach emails as tasks, but in my work account it appears as "add website"
Is there a way to add from any email account I have open?
And yes, I've disabled the "preview pane" in labs

Yes, I'm aware I have to open the email. When I do so in my personal account, the "Add email as task" is live, but in my work account, it is not available.
I've also tried signing out of multiple accounts, and my work email is still not able to be added as a task
As an aside, I added a different Google Apps account, and it works fine. Perhaps its a permissions thing? Because I'm not an admin account for my work Google Apps account?
The way this option works is that it looks at the URL displayed when you have one particular message opened in GMail. If it notices the correct format which it can understand (one containing the ID of the message), it will change the "Add website" link to "Add email".
That said, please try to open one particular message on the account that it's working, copy/paste the URL somewhere, then log into the account where it doesn't work, open a message and copy/paste this URL and see if there are any changes. You should basically see a different ID there, but no significant differences in the format of the URL.
If there's something different, please let us know. You can also paste the URLs here, it's not possible to access your email without logging in anyway.
