Chrome bookmarklet add website to task is missing
There used to be away to add a web site as a task from the chrome bookmarklet but its now gone. I do not see that functionality anymore, however it looks like the display has changed as there is no some symbols to add labels, priority and a reminder. Please add back the web site task functionality

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue and the "Add website as task" link still shows up at the bottom on the task list and in the "Quick Add" box.
Please go to Chrome's Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Content Setting -> All cookies and site data and remove "todoist.com" from this list.
Then reload the browser and see if the issue persists. If it does, please confirm:
- Are you using this Chrome extension: http://todoist.com/chrome ?
- Which version of Chrome are you using?
same problem here with Firefox 24.
The link "Add website as task" only occurs if I open the Todoist extension in the side bar and add a task from there. If I pop out the mini app with the little arrow in the lower right and add a task from the popout window or if I use the bookmarklet, the link is missing.
BTW, is the bookmarklet still supported? I can't find it on the webpage any more. I always liked it very much because it just opens an overlay instead of a sidebar or an additional window - just my personal preference :-)
Confirm i am using the Chrome Extension? Is it not obvious when i say i am using the bookmarklet that i am clearly not using the extension. Why would i want to use the extension when you had until recently a perfectly good bookmarklet that was working fine? It sounds like you dont know what a bookmarklet is and that todoist have one? If you dont please escalate this to someone that does.
Im using Chrome Version 29.0.1547.66 but i doubt that has anything to do with it. What i think has happened is someone redesigned the bookmarklet and never put the add website/current url to new task functionality back in.
Someone moved our cheese. We have another pissed of customer now on another browser with the same anguish as me so please put back our cheese.
I understand that you're referring to the bookmarklet and as stated, I can't reproduce this issue, therefore, to make absolutely sure that you're referring to the bookmarkled, I've mentioned the extension which we would appreciate if you would try to see if the issue persist there too as both the bookmarklet and the extension connect to the same content.
We've fixed some issue with the bookmarklet today, please let me know if they persist after logging out and back in.
Also, please upgrade Chrome to the latest version 30.0.1599.101 m and see if it helps.
Unfortunately, popping out the Firefox extension indeed unlinks it from the browser's window making these features inaccessible. Although we don't promote the bookmarklet on our main pages, you're welcome to access it from https://todoist.com/anywhere
ok, with the chrome extension the "Add webssite to task" link is visible, I also upgraded chrome to 30.0.1599.101 and the bookmarklet todoist anywhere isnt working at all today. I re added it in case the link itself has somehow changed. I also tried the bookmarklet in IE10 and it doesn't work there either.
same here with FF 25.0 (I upgraded in the meantime as well).
The overlay opens on the GMail page but not on other pages. On the GMail page, the "Add website" (when adding the task from the inbox list view) and "Add email" (when adding the task from inside a mail) are visible and working. I have the new GMail plugin installed (BTW: thanks for this integration!).

Let me add my voice.
The sidebar extension produces the "Add website as task", and it works, but the bookmarklet overlay doesn't have the "Add website as task" feature.
...and I'm not sure I care since the sidebar extension is preferable.
I use chrome so it doesnt have a sidebar. Brendan, I dont where emails come into it, no one mentioned anything todo with emails. This problem is related to the chrome bookmarklet opened on a web page > Add new task > Add website as task. This feature is supposed to part of the bookmarklet. Richard just confirmed it is not present on his firefox browser bookmarklet.
