Specific date then every x days
Can I add a task due on the 28th, and then every 28 days after that?
Can I add a task that is due every 15th of the month?

Hello Shari,
for all available date formats, please refer to this page:
https://todoist.com/Help/timeInsert
As for the dates you've mentioned, in the first case, you should use the following date:
every 28 days starting 28. Oct
in the second case, please use:
every 15
Best regards,
David

Great! You should add those examples to that page :)
"every 3 months starting 5. Jan" doesn't work, after I mark it complete next date which appears is 5.1.2013
if I try "every 3 months" it works ok

Hello,
unfortunately, neither of these date formats are supported by Todoist.
Please use only the formats shown on this list:
https://todoist.com/Help/timeInsert
We will consider adding more complex recurrence syntax in future development. Feel free to vote for this request in our Votebox:
http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/22/
For now, as a workaround, you could use the following due dates:
every 90 days starting 5. Jan
every 365 days starting 3. Jan
Best regards,
David
